Prices start from $93 per adult for 1 day & 1 night (triple share) We have prices for children under 12 and children under 5.

Prices include all food and accommodation and many farm activities (excluding Horse riding).

We offer a range of accommodation options – Doubles, Twin and Triple shared rooms.

All linen supplied.

Meals are healthy, hearty and homestyle. Many of our meals are cooked traditionally on an open fire.

Transfers

Transfers are available from the Airport at Gladstone or from Coach and Train at Miriam Vale. We recommend Queensland Rail’s fast Tilt Train service from Brisbane as a fantastic way to see the countryside.

Transfer prices available and are dependant on numbers on each trip. Let us help plan your trip so we can combine guest transfers for independent travellers.

Horse Riding

Horse riding is a feature at Glassford Creek and we are very proud of our 30 horses. We offer a unique experience to every visitor from beginner to experienced riders. We offer tuition, all safety equipment and saddlery and fantastic horses.

We have flexible horse riding tariffs from 1 hr to many hrs to suit every different rider. We are happy to discuss all our riding options when you are planning your holidays.

We also offer led horse rides for our younger guests. The whole family can enjoy as much or as little horse riding time as they wish.

For the visitor who wants the extra excitement of riding more, camping out with the horses and cattle mustering we offer 2 and 3 day riding and camping safaris and cattle mustering trips. Price on application – Contact us for a comprehensive itinery of either experience.

Other Activities

We also offer other guided local activities such as a 4 wheel drive Cattle Station tour with an experienced bush man guide or our beautiful drinks at Sunset tour. Tours are available daily – price negotiable dependant on numbers.

For the avid history buff we also offer a tour to the Glassford Creek Gold Mine historical site and a chance to pan for alluvial gold along the way or a day tour to visit Beautiful Betsy in the Kroombit National park. Betsy is a USA Landcaster bomber that crashed in 1945 and lay undiscovered until 1994. These tours are negotiable and dependant on numbers.
